Another smooth hot tub installation by our engineers at Aeron Spa Care.
Unfortunately, this address didn't have a wide enough side access to the rear garden, therefore we had to book a local crane company to assist with the lift. Within a few minutes, we had the hot tub over the house and onto the rear patio.
After removing all the packaging from the hot tub, we then laid it down on some boards to slide into position on the patio. Once in position, let the filling commence!
Whilst the hot tub is filling, we connect the electrical supply to the circuit board under the hot tub and fit the manual cover lifter to the spa panels.
After a few hours, the spa was full. Ready to go!
Or so we thought..
When switching the hot tub on, we noticed that the controller had not been configured properly for this model of hot tub. Luckily, our engineers have a full list of Wellis hot tub configurations!
After confirming the correct configuration settings, we have power!
The hot tub is running well and ready to sign off.
The next step was to give the customer a run-through of the hot tub features and a short chemical training to ensure the customer gets a good head start.
This customer was so impressed with the service from Aeron Spa Care, that he went on to book an air source heat pump installation with us. Stay tuned for the report on how that job went!
